Amol Ghodke is a food and dairy consultant whose work connects technical project planning with the commercial realities of building and operating a business. With more than 15 years of professional experience, he has worked with dairy businesses and entrepreneurs across project development, operations, training and business growth.
His dairy-industry experience includes work involving ITC Foods, Amul Dairy, Shree Surabhi Dairy in Andhra Pradesh, Topfoods, Marmum Dairy Farm in Dubai and Awesome Dairy in Mumbai. These engagements span different aspects of the business, including training, branding, sales, marketing and business development.
A practical system for dairy entrepreneurs
Amol developed a 9-Step System to help aspiring dairy entrepreneurs give their ventures a structured direction and help existing businesses review their growth priorities. The emphasis is on understanding the business, asking the right questions and connecting each decision to implementation.
His long-term mission is to empower one million dairy farmers, directly and through the businesses he works with, by helping them improve productivity, profitability and the way their businesses operate.
